Sessions / Fees

Counselling sessions will last for 55 minutes and currently I charge £50 per session. Prior to working together, I will conduct an initial interview that will also be 55 minutes. The initial interview is not a therapy session. The initial interview gives you an opportunity to find out who I am and what I am like and allows you to explain why you think or feel counselling might be helpful to you at this time. I will ask a number of questions about your work, family life and personal history that will help inform our work, as well as administrative questions.

Currently I charge £25 for the initial interview. The initial interview can be conducted either on-line or in-person.
